All you need to Know
M-Clinic Has two applications, Mclinic for patients and MClinic Medic for Nurses and Clinicians. Patients request medical services from medics near their location. Patients request for services such as medical home visits and virtual consultations.
Registered Medics are available for booking whenever they are online, Patients and medics are located within just a few kilometers of each other, meaning you don’t need to travel a long way to access your patients. The App automatically maps available healthcare workers listing them from the closest to the furthest whenever a patient wants to book an appointment.
The Appointment process
- A patient logs in to the MClinic App.
- Searchers for available healthcare nurses or clinicians
- Books an appointment indicating the time, date, age, and status of the patient
- Pays for the Appointment
- Mclinic Medic receives a notification on the App, Email & SMS
- Medic completes the appointment
- Payment is made to the Medic

M-Clinic Medics Earn the following per every completed consultation
- Medical Home Visits: 900 KSh
- Virtual Consultation: 400 KSh
- Medical Concierge: 2700 KSh
Payment is made every Friday of the week.
In the case of physical consultations this amount is exclusive of transport paid my the patient when booking to facilitate your logistics.
